Dear Steel Industry employer

The linked letterby one of South Africa’s leading steel industry role-players is a must-read. 

South Africa’s steel monopoly, AMSA, has overstayed its welcome. The entire steel industry pleads that Government immediately terminates various forms of duty protection. Let AMSA compete on a level playing field, and if AMSA can survive, it has justified its place as a primary steel producer. If not, good riddance.
