2021 Employment Equity: Open for online submission

Between 1 September 2021 and 15 January 2022, ALL designated employers must submit their annual Employment Equity reports online to the Department of Employment and Labour.  No extensions will be given after this deadline, making it essential to ensure that you submit your reports on time.

Failure to adhere to this deadline will result in your company becoming non-compliant with the Employment Equity Act (‘the EE Act’) which may lead to legal action.
