BMW Group South Africa has been recognised as a top employer by Top Employers Institute. A Top Employer Certification showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing and more. The programme has certified and recognised 2,053 top employers in 121 countries and regions across five continents.
This honour comes as BMW Group South Africa celebrates its 50th anniversary in South Africa. This commemorative year has allowed the company to reflect on its unparalleled history of unique automotive products and extraordinary successes.
