- Wolf Lubricants achieved 87% Net Promoter Score (NPS) in global customer study by Wolk & Nikolic.
- Distributors praise the brand’s customer-centricity and long-term vision.
- Results confirm strong levels of trust and recognition across Wolf’s global distributor network.
Wolf Lubricants has received exceptional feedback from its distributor network in its latest annual Net Promoter Score survey, underlining the strength of its long-term partnerships and customer focused approach.
The survey provides valuable insight into Wolf’s relationships with its distribution partners and the effectiveness of its product and commercial strategies.
Conducted in the final quarter of 2025, the survey gathered responses from more than 70 distributors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Americas. To ensure full objectivity, the research was carried out independently by Wolk & Nikolic. The results show that Wolf achieved an outstanding Net Promoter Score of 87 per cent, reflecting consistently high levels of trust and satisfaction across global markets. Using the standard NPS methodology, where scores of 9 or 10 are classed as promoters, 7 or 8 as passive, and 0 to 6 as detractors, Wolf delivered consistently positive results across all regions included in the study. Beyond the overall satisfaction score, partners provided detailed feedback across key dimensions of the distributor relationship, including customer service, product and technical support, local market support, marketing and communication, and commercial terms.
This performance reinforces the success of Wolf’s long-term strategy, built on 70 years of expertise in lubricants and the independent automotive aftermarket. By combining premium product innovation with strong local engagement and hands-on support, Wolf continues to strengthen partnerships, support partner profitability and drives sustainable global growth.
Franck Jolly, Global Sales Trademarks & Marketing Director at Wolf Lubricants, commented:
