(Available only in Gauteng)
Give a young South African the opportunity to learn, gain experience, and build a career, while your business gains access to developing technical talent.
NEASA Youth is inviting employers to host a government-funded carpentry apprentice for 18 months as part of the Red Seal Apprenticeship qualification.
This is an exciting opportunity for businesses in the construction, manufacturing, and building industries to gain access to young people who are developing specialised carpentry skills.
Our carpentry apprentices have completed the academic component and are able to assist in your business while developing practical skills in areas such as:
- Construction Carpentry
- Carpentry Installation
- Roofing & Partitioning
- Formwork Carpentry
- Shuttering Carpentry
Why should your business participate?
Develop your future workforce
Give your business the opportunity to identify and develop young technical talent.
Government-funded opportunity
The programme is supported through government skills-development funding, making it an opportunity for employers to participate in skills development without carrying the full cost of training.
Develop technical skills and make an impact
Introduce a young apprentice to your workplace and implement an in-house apprenticeship programme while creating future employment opportunities.
If your business can provide a suitable workplace environment and practical exposure, we would like to hear from you.
Invest in Skills. Build Your Workforce. Change a Life.
